Absolutely love my new tamper. I could tell straight away it was made from quality products, and both the look and feel certainly reflect this.

Since using it I've noticed my espressos are more consistent, making adjustments easier to get that perfect shot.

We have an Ascaso Steel Duo machine and were looking to purchase a bottomless portafilter. It is difficult to find a compatible portafilter for this machine, particularly in Australia, however the Hypergrind team were incredibly helpful. We recently purchased this portafilter and can confirm that it fits the Ascaso Steel Duo PID - we have been using this for about a month with perfect espresso. The portafilter that came with my machine felt cheap, and I was after something that felt like it was good quality and could withstand all the coffee I drink! It's taken a bit to get used to as I haven't had an open basket before but I am glad I made the purchase!
