Where do you ship to?
We currently ship right across Australia and New Zealand, including PO Boxes and parcel lockers.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed and dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse, usually by the next business day. Delivery times depend on your location:
Australia:
- Standard: 1–6 business days
- Express: 1–3 business days
New Zealand:
- Standard: 5–10 business days
- Express: 3–6 business days
Delays may occur due to external factors like weather or public holidays.
How much does shipping cost?
Australia:
- Standard: $7.95 (free for orders over $99)
- Express: $12.95 ($4.95 if over $99, free for orders over $179)
New Zealand:
- Standard: $12.95 (free for orders over $149)
- Express: $24.95 ($9.95 if over $149, free for orders over $299)
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking
link. You can also track your order by visiting: https://account.hypergrindcoffee.com.au/orders
What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order is delayed or appears lost, contact us at support@hypergrindcoffee.com.au,
and we’ll work with Australia Post to resolve the issue.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes.

Are your accessories compatible with my machine?

Do you offer product warranties?
Yes, most items come with a 12 month warranty. If you experience any issues, contact us at support@hypergrindcoffee.com.au
What if I can’t see the product I am looking for on your website?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's
responsibility, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at support@hypergrindcoffee.com.au to initiate a returns request.
Once approved, your item/s can be returned to:

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there’s an issue. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
Are any items non-returnable?
We do not accept returns on gift cards, perishable goods (e.g., coffee beans) or
custom products.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes you can, providing the item/s is unused, in their original packaging, and within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at support@hypergrindcoffee.com.au to initiate the returns process.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it hasn’t appeared after 10 business days, please contact us.
