This WDT is great. Much better than the 'cool switchblade' type. It is rigid enough to break up any clumps and gentle enough to spread the coffee evenly around the portafilter

I’ve been reviewing my coffee game for some time picking apart the faults of my Breville Oracle touch machine, frustrated by its limitations.
My journey for perfection started with the new metal screen that’s all over social media but still not happy I googled the main issues with my machine is the tamping and diffusion of the coffee and the closed spouted group head. So I purchased your Tampa, diffuser and flat base group head handle and could better adjust my grind as I could finally see what was going on. Compressing the grind more.
To my surprise I have significantly improved my extraction and ultimately my coffee experience.
Some suggestions. The Blackwood handle is not that secure in the group head as it unwinds but I can tighten this I guess. Also your coffee bags have the month and year of the roast but not the day. I would like to know the day as I want my beans 7-21 days post roast max. The beans already had a slight sweat of oil which of course made me question how long it had been in the bag. Your thoughts on this would be appreciated.
But overall I’m very happy that my extraction has improved.
