1. Promoter

This giveaway is conducted by Hypergrind Coffee (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

Open to residents of Australia only.

Entrants must be 18 years or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Giveaway Period

Entries open on 01.10.2025 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 15.11.2025.

Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

One (1) entry is received when you join the Hypergrind mailing list via the official sign-up form.

5. Prizes

The giveaway prize is a $500 Hypergrind Coffee Gift Card + Hypergrind 'Daily Grind' Coffee Beans (1kg)..

Total prize pool value is approximately $550 AUD.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries using a computerised draw system.

The draw will take place on 17.11.25.

Winners will be notified by email within 24 hours of the draw.

If a winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, the prize will be redrawn.

7. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to join the Hypergrind mailing list and may receive promotional emails. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

By entering, entrants consent to their first name and last name (initial) being published on Hypergrind’s social channels when winners are announced.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits multiple, fraudulent or misleading entries.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the giveaway is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Personal information collected during the giveaway will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, used only for the administration of this giveaway and for ongoing marketing communications.
